WHO? Homeowners, Painters, Renovation and Repair Contractors, Staff working with Contractors. Must work or live in the local area, be at least 18 years of age, and be available all day. Must understand and read English (exam will have written and verbal instruction to assist students) and be able to show State photo ID for proof of residence for EPA. Please note your photo will be taken – it is required for your Certification Certificate
